Distribution Report

Bambu's Distribution Report provides open, click and social share data to help you measure your email efforts. With this information, you can benchmark what types of content resonates best with your team and optimize your content distribution strategy.

Overview

Admins can access the Distribution Report by clicking Distribution Report in the left bar of Bambu.

At the top of the report, you can choose the report period, or export the report to a CSV by clicking Export CSV.

If you would like to know more about the report metrics and their definitions, you can click  in the upper-right corner of the page.

Metrics Overview

The Distribution Report captures open, clicks and shares originating from Broadcast, Digest and Newsletter emails sent from Bambu. Use this section to get a high-level overview of combined stats for the selected report period.

Email Story Shares

This section shows you the percentage breakdown of shares that came from emails.

Email Breakdown

The Email Breakdown section includes data for Newsletters and Broadcasts. Digest emails are not included in the breakdown because the content varies by individual.

Tip: Click on an email to expand its statistics and view the number of clicks on each story.
